Please allow 10 - 17 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Send us an email via contact us button if you need Sewing Service. You can also include it in the shipping and billing page when checking out. Please note additional days maybe required if sewing is needed. Timing will be based on style but will be confirmed before your order is finalised.

You can return your non food order for any reason at any time within 03 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. However, food items cannot be return and No refund or exchange on custom made orders as all orders are custom made to your size and specifications. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss.

Please allow a total of 14-20 days to receive custom made orders. In rare occasions where exact fabric or accessories is no longer available, we will let you know in advance before Starting work so you can select something similar or advise us how to proceed.

Upon receiving your order and subject to availability of stock we will dispatch your goods within one working day of your order, but usually the same day if before 2.00 pm.

Delivery is by special Royal Mail Delivery which guarantees next day delivery please note your parcel will need to be signed for.
